Welcome to Aruba!
Welcome to Aruba! Aruba is an enticing Caribbean island that attracts many visitors every year. This popular island is 15 miles just north of the coast of Venezuela. Aruba is divided into two parts known as the northeast and southwest coasts. The southwest has all of the beautiful white sandy beaches, warm waters, and turquoise coloured seas. The northeast coast which is exposed to the tougher Atlantic, boasts rougher waters, only a few white sand beaches, and rocky coast views.
The island of Aruba is one of the three countries that completes the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The other two countries are the Netherlands Antilles and the Netherlands. The official language is Dutch, and other languages spoken on the island include Papiamento (local language), Spanish, and English. Some communities speak French, German, Portuguese, and Chinese.
