The Space:
This brand-new boutique resort is located on Long Bay Beach, one of the most desirable beaches on the main island of Providenciales. This luxurious development is perfect for anyone looking for the next level in vacationing and a more relaxing getaway on the less-crowded, more exclusive side of the island. It’s especially great for water sport enthusiasts as the property offers access to kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, kitesurfing, and a Hobie Cat to use during your stay. This sustainable, eco-friendly resort provides a relaxing retreat with the ability to sink into luxury plus lots of activity at your fingertips.
One thing we must note is that H2O LifeStyle Resort offers 5-star luxury services and amenities and there are additional charges—a 10% service charge and a 5% resort usage fee—applied and billed at check-in. These amounts are not included in the amount you have pre-paid-to-date for the reservation. Also note, this service charge is different from the “service fee” you may see from your booking channel (e.g., Airbnb) when you made your reservation. Lastly, please note, there’s also a reimbursable $500 USD security deposit at check-in. This amount is blocked on your credit card and released after checking out provided no damages were incurred during your stay.
Now onto the beautiful living space! This unit is in our Caicos House, designed to let the outdoors in and active lifestyles thrive, the poolside and Pickle Ball court adjacent, Caicos House is the perfect base for the active minded individual or family. Picture windows look out to ocean and pool views to inspire you to seek your own Island adventure. It is the back building of the three onsite and although H2O LifeStyle Resort is an "Ocean Front Resort" only the "Beach House" building sits completely Oceanfront. However, you will have partial ocean views from this building.
This unit features:
- Modern and spacious one-bedroom condo, with views of the ocean and the main pool from balcony.
- Great living space with a sink-int- and relax sofa!
- A fully-equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator/freezer with built-in water filter and ice-maker, oven and induction stove for preparing meals at home. There's even a wine fridge! Plus, breakfast bar seating at the kitchen counter.
- 1 contemporary and comfortably furnished bedroom with king-sized bed and 2 full bathrooms with Smart TV and a safe in the bedroom.
- A laundry room area.
You’ll have everything you’ll need for a spectacular getaway in paradise plus resort amenities like two pools, hot tubs, a beach bar & an “al fresco” dining area complete with BBQ and fridges. There are pickleball & basketball courts, a gym, an outdoor yoga area and a wonderful massage room for a day of pampering.
TCI is repeatedly ranked in the top 10 Caribbean travel destinations. Its incredible beaches, exquisite turquoise water, and friendly locals make it a unique and magical place. With over 40 cays (low-elevation, sandy islands) on the surface of a coral reef, TCI is home to the world’s third longest barrier reef system which of course means an incredible diving experience!
There’s something for everyone! The adventure-seeker can spend the day kitesurfing. The water lover can go kayaking, swimming, or stand-up paddleboarding. The spa-goer can get a massage on site or head to one of the on-island businesses for a complete “island experience.” For the food-lover, Providenciales (a.k.a. Provo), offers a wide range of restaurants and beach shacks for every taste. If golf is your thing, then you’re in luck as Provo offers an award-winning golf course complete with wild flamingos.

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking and the resort is 8.9 miles/14.3 km from Providenciales Airport (PLS). If you like to explore a lot, we highly recommend renting a car as there’s no public transportation on the island. Or you can taxi around if you prefer. Most visited places & popular activities:

Interaction with Guests:
Check-in at reception to get your keys. Ask any questions you may have to ensure your stay is enjoyable! Your bags are delivered to your unit while taking a quick tour of the property’s amenities. From there you’re free to relax in comfort and come and go as you please.
